If you get the message "Request denied by Overton County Schools Content Filter" on your computer when you are trying to access email, a webpage etc, take these steps to correct it
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Type this address in the address bar https://10.24.32.2:4100
3. At the next screen enter your username and password you use to log in to your computer
for example:
username - joesmith
password - lollipop
4. Click the LOGIN button.
5. The next screen should say You have been successfully authenticated. Itf it does not you have entered a worng username or password or both.
6. DO NOT click the Logout button!! Close Internet explorer by clicking the red X in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
7. Re-open internet explorer and go back to the site you were trying to get to and see if it works.
